AQA A-Level Psychology | Paper 2 | 2027 Predicted Paper | Section C: Research Methods, Mark Scheme

A recurring theme in AQA examiner reports is that students often know research-methods terminology but lose marks because they do not apply it precisely to the study or do not answer the particular command word. The 2025 report again warned against pre-learned generic responses and rewarded answers that used the details of the stem.
