Subscription & Refund Policy

Last updated: 29th August 2026

This Subscription & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to Revision Notes ("we", "our", "us") work, including billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription Plans

Revision Notes offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly – £5 every month

  • Quarterly – £12 every three months

  • Annual – £19 every twelve months

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Your subscription provides access to subscriber-only content for the duration of your chosen plan.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Your payment method will be charged automatically using the payment details you provided when you subscribed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

  • your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period;

  • no further payments will be taken after your current subscription expires;

  • you will continue to have access to subscriber-only content until the end of the paid period.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account.

4. Refund Policy

As our subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

This includes:

  • changing your mind after subscribing;

  • not using your subscription;

  • forgetting to cancel before renewal;

  • dissatisfaction with individual articles or resources.

We encourage users to explore our extensive free content before subscribing.

5. Cooling-Off Rights

If you purchase a subscription as a consumer, UK law may provide a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services.

However, by starting your subscription immediately and accessing subscriber-only content, you expressly request that we begin providing the service during this period.

You acknowledge that once access to premium digital content has begun, you may lose your statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. Exceptional Refunds

Although refunds are not normally provided, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • duplicate payments;

  • billing errors;

  • technical faults that prevent access to subscriber content for a prolonged period and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;

  • other circumstances where we believe a refund is appropriate.

Any goodwill refund is entirely at our discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • we may retry the payment;

  • your access to subscriber content may be suspended until payment is received;

  • your subscription may be cancelled if payment remains unsuccessful.

8. Changes to Subscription Prices

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

If your subscription price is changing, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect.

Price changes will normally apply from your next renewal date.

9. Changes to Subscriber Content

We regularly add, update and improve our content.

Subscriber content may change over time and individual resources may be updated, replaced or removed.

A subscription provides access to our premium library as it exists from time to time and does not guarantee the availability of any specific article, predicted paper or resource indefinitely.

10. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are intended for use by a single individual.

You must not:

  • share your login details with others;

  • allow multiple users to access your account;

  • distribute subscriber-only materials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in breach of this policy.

11. Subscription Benefits

Subscriber benefits may include access to premium revision notes, model answers, examiner commentary, predicted papers and other educational resources.

We may introduce new subscriber benefits or retire existing features as the website develops.

12. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment provider.

Revision Notes does not store your full payment card details.

Payment information is handled in accordance with the payment provider's own security and privacy policies.

13. Contact Us

If you have any questions about your subscription, billing or this policy, please contact us.

We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.
