What to Do After Completing a Practice Paper

Completing a practice paper is not the end of the revision task.
It is the point where some of the most useful revision begins.
The score gives you a snapshot of your current performance, but it does not explain:
Which topics need more revision
Why marks were lost
Whether the problem was knowledge or exam technique
Which mistakes are repeating
What you should practise next
Whether your timing is improving
A student who completes a paper, records 62% and puts it away has gained some exam experience.
A student who marks every question, categorises every lost mark, corrects weak answers and retests those areas has turned the paper into a complete revision plan.
This is why the answers and mark schemes provided with our GCSE and A-Level predicted papers are so valuable. They do not simply tell you the correct response. They help you identify what was missing, understand how marks were awarded and decide exactly what to revise next.
