Use retrieval practice to strengthen memory, spaced practice to revisit knowledge over time and elaborative questioning or the Feynman technique to improve understanding.

Use flashcards and dual coding for suitable types of content, then move beyond recall by completing practice questions.

As your exams approach, combine topics through interleaving and complete full past and predicted papers under timed conditions.
